Richard T. Kelecy rejoins Ground Works Solutions as Chief Operating Officer bringing with him over 36 years of broad financial, industry, business and operational related experience. Mr. Kelecy has worked with companies of various scopes and sizes, from $15 million private family owned companies to $1.2 billion publicly traded companies. Mr. Kelecy has helped in building multiple companies into double digit growth, for instance helping former companies WRScompass grow from $65 million to $200 million in value and doubling Qualawash Holdings valuation during his tenure.
Mr. Kelecy’s principal duties are to develop, build and lead Ground Works Solutions’ internal infrastructure and to help develop core operational systems for managing Ground Works Solutions’ growth while maintaining its high standards of quality and safety. He works with existing leadership to translate strategy, budgets and forecasts into detailed execution plans, coordinating all levels to help secure and grow current company performance.
Robert Moody, Jr. is President Ground Works Florida and oversees all business management and operations functions. He is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and quality delivery of the Ground Works’ products and services to its customers.
With over 33 years of experience in the civil, environmental and transportation construction industry, Mr. Moody brings a unique perspective to the application of subsurface polyurethane grout in mitigating failed construction features. He has managed a wide spectrum of contracts and projects with disciplines ranging from civil construction to transportation and underground utility infrastructure. He has served in consulting and contracting roles to numerous governmental, commercial and private clients. He also has vast experience in financial, project and quality management as well as occupational safety and environmental compliance.
Mr. Moody is registered by the Project Management Institute, an international organization dedicated to setting benchmark standards for project managers as a Project Management Professional (PMP®). He is also licensed as a General Contractor, Building Contractor, Pollutant Storage System Contract and Underground Utility Contractor in numerous states including Florida.
In 2007 he was appointed by Florida Governor Charlie Crist as a board member to the Department of Business & Professional Regulation – Construction Industry Licensing Board, the professional entity that regulates all construction contractors and businesses in Florida. He was reappointed to this position by Governor Rick Scott in 2011 to serve another term through 2015. In this capacity he serves on many committees which conduct official State business pertaining to regulation of the profession. Mr. Moody’s appointment was confirmed by the Florida Senate and he continues to serve in this role.
Angel Granados is an Operations Manager for Ground Works Solutions, and has more than 10 years of experience working in every aspect of the chemical grouting industry. He oversees all field personnel, the equipment fleet, and multiple facilities. Mr. Granados’ extensive knowledge and experience utilizing the URETEK Method gives our customers the expertise needed to adapt and solve almost any grouting or structural leveling problem.
Mr. Seidner has worked as an Environmental Engineer for the last five years, specializing in environmental assessment and remediation projects including impacted drycleaner, petroleum, chemical/utilities, and former manufactured gas plant sites, as well as at seaports and railroads. Mr. Seidner specializes in environmental engineering including, system design and installation, start-ups on remediation systems, in-situ chemical injections, operation and maintenance, construction oversight, coordinated waste disposal, monitoring well installations, groundwater assessments, and pilot testing. Prior to joining the Ground Works’ team, Mr. Seidner worked for Handex Consulting & Remediation- Southeast, LLC, as well as ARCADIS U.S., Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL. Mr. Seidner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
Scott has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and product development, as well as experience as a sales manager and company administrator. He represents Ground Works Solutions in Central and Southwest Florida. Scott works closely with homeowners, commercial, industrial, and government agencies to provide a fast, less intrusive, economical solution for their soil stabilization needs.
