URETEK Holdings Hires Adam Wallace as Florida Residential Manager
Lakeland, FL (PRWEB) October 14, 2014
Today, URETEK Holdings, Inc., a foundation stabilization and infrastructure rehabilitation company, announced the hiring of Adam Wallace as its Florida Residential Manager.
As Florida Residential Manager, Mr. Wallace will be responsible for managing and growing URETEK’s residential foundation stabilization market and work with foundation specialists, geotechnical engineers, insurance companies, and homebuilders in Florida. He will ensure that these business groups understand the benefits of URETEK’s processes and applications for their soil stabilization needs.
Since graduating from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Mr. Wallace has worked in the construction and government services fields. Mr. Wallace served as the manager of operations for Atelier Homes for over three years where he oversaw all operations associated with high-end custom home construction. Mr. Wallace also worked for the US Army for over two years as an engineer responsible for non-standard projects, such as optionally manned and unmanned systems. Mr. Wallace served the last two and half years prior to joining URETEK as an acquisition specialist interfacing with original equipment manufacturers and the US government.
“Adam’s role will be to help ensure that URETEK’s customers are provided with the highest level of technical support and education on our products and services. URETEK’s chemical grout solution is a sought after application in insurance claims and sinkhole mitigation and rehabilitation,” states Kathleen Shanahan, CEO of URETEK Holdings.
“Owners of Florida homes and buildings with soil settlement are challenged by a unique geology that URETEK’s shallow surface stabilization can stabilize and repair,” states Mr. Wallace. “URETEK provides a cost-effective and quick solution for stabilizing buildings and the support soils underneath to homeowners, insurers, foundation specialists and builders.”
URETEK’s proprietary polymer formulas are used in a wide array of government, commercial, industrial, and residential applications, including slab lifting and underground void filling, storm and waste drain rehabilitation and sealing, soil erosion control, emergency infrastructure restoration — dams, spillways, and levees — and culvert, pipe, and manhole sealing.
